Everything you need.
Nothing you don't.

A clean, thoughtful toolkit for keeping track of your personal life — built around privacy and simplicity.

Partner profiles

Store names, photos, contact details, tags, and notes for each person. Everything in one place, organised how you want it.

Encounter log

Record date, location, activity, protection, and a personal rating. Log multiple partners per encounter with notes for context.

STI health tracker

Log tests by specific infection, sample site, and result. A positive result automatically flags partners from the exposure window — factoring in incubation periods, protection status, and subsequent negative tests that confirm the infection is cleared.

Calendar view

Browse your history month by month. Days with encounters are highlighted so you can navigate your timeline at a glance.

Ratings & insights

Rate each encounter and see the average rating across all your time with a partner. Know at a glance how things have been going.

Face ID & PIN lock

Protect the app with Face ID, Touch ID, or a PIN. Adds an additional layer of encryption on top of iOS — your diary stays locked even if your device is unlocked. An optional privacy mode blurs sensitive content instantly when someone glances at your screen.

Your diary never touches our servers

We built BodCount around one principle: the most sensitive data in your life should be the most private. Your diary entries, partner details, and encounter history are never transmitted to us or any third party.

  • All diary entries stored locally on your iPhone
  • No accounts or sign-in required
  • Zero diary content ever transmitted to any server
  • Anonymous usage analytics via TelemetryDeck — no diary content, no names, no personal data; onboarding preferences (gender, orientation) sent as non-identifiable aggregate signals only
  • In-app purchases handled by RevenueCat with an anonymous user ID
  • No advertising, no tracking, no data selling
  • Designed for everyone — LGBTQ+ friendly

Your data is always yours to take

Export your entire diary as a ZIP file — all your images and a full JSON backup. You're never locked in. Take your data anywhere, any time.

Important notice

The STI risk tool is not medical advice

When you enter a positive test result, BodCount identifies partners from the window between your last negative test and that positive — taking into account which specific infection was tested for and whether encounters were protected or unprotected and the incubation period. The app does not assign risk scores or tell you that you are "safe" or "low risk" — it only alerts you when a risk has been identified based on what you've entered.

What the app cannot do: verify the accuracy of dates or results you input; account for test window periods (a negative result does not rule out an infection if tested too soon after exposure); or know about encounters or exposures not logged in the app. No alert means no positive result has been entered that triggers one — not that no risk exists.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for testing, diagnosis, and treatment. Full disclaimer and limitation of liability →
